The corporation's core property management team is:
Jesse Vandenhurk (Property Manager)
TheĀ Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporation and is the core liaison between the residents/owners and the Board. Jesse is reachable via email at hve3.pm@delcondo.com.
Sumeet Kaur (Site Administrator)
The Site Administrator assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations primarily by managing finances and ensuring payments are made to contractors and to/from residents and owners where appropriate. Sumeet is reachable via email at hve3.admin@delcondo.com.
The Board of Directors is responsible for all major decisions in ensuring that the buildings are properly maintained and finances are managed appropriately. The current board members for the corporation are:
Jonathan Swyers (President)
The President is responsible for leadership, coordination, and liaison within the Corporation, as well as public representation of the Corporation. They oversee all of the operations of the Corporation, coordinate the activities of the Board, and ensure effective liaising among the Board, unit owners and Property Management.
Kate Marano (Vice President)
The President and Vice-President are a team responsible for ensuring that the role of the President is fulfilled. Essentially, the function of a Vice-President is to assist the President by sharing the responsibilities.
Sylvia Sher (Treasurer)
The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the Corporation and advising the Board on financial matters.
Amy Steele (Secretary)
The Secretary's primary function is record keeping for the Corporation, such as ensuring status and legal certificates are signed, sealed, and returned.
Madeleine Da Cambra (Director)
The General Director provides their support to other directors in carrying out their responsibilities, wherever that support is needed.
The Residential Shared Facilities Committee is comprised of two representatives from each of the following corporations: TSCC 1764, TSCC 1713, and TSCC 1694. Similar to a Board of Directors, although not a legal entity, this Committee is responsible for all major decisions involving the residential shared facilities of the complex, including, but not limited to: the SuperClub, parking garages, and landscaping. The budget for the Shared Facilities Committee is funded proportionally by each member corporation based on how many units are under their jurisdiction.
